    • Use tweezers to remove the 2 small pieces of plastic at the bottom of the screen that are covering the screw heads.

    • Use the small Phillips head screw driver to remove the 2 screws. Put both screws in a safe place.

    • Use the iFixit blue plastic pry-bar to carefully remove the front casing from the screen. Once the screen starts to pop off, use your fingers to gently pull the rest of it off.

    • Remove the small silver screws from the 4 corners of the screen with the same screwdriver you have been using. Place them in a safe location.

    • After you remove the 4 screws the back of the screen will fall down. Carefully rest it on the table you are working on so you do not damage any connections.

    • Remove the 3 screws highlighted in the picture from each side of the screen. Make sure you are holding onto the screen so it does not slam down when all the screws are removed.

    • Once the screen is carefully placed down, you will need to remove the last connection. Carefully pull the tape up and slide the connection out. The screen should now be completely detached.
