  Remove the small silver coin battery using your nails or a spudger.
  
  Once you have removed the coin battery, you may insert your new battery in the exact place the hold one was held.

  The back plate can now be snapped back into place, and then you can proceed to put the detached key back into the fob. You have now replaced the battery for your 2022 Nissan Rogue key fob.
