Background and Identification

In mid-August of 2012, Samsung released the Galaxy Note 10.1, a 10-inch tablet to rival Apple's iPad. Its main attraction was the exclusive S Pen included with the Note geared towards the more creative, hands-on tablet user. It has a 10.1-inch touchscreen. The dimensions of the tablet are 262 x 180 x 8.9 mm. The internal memory can be 16, 32, or 64 GB. The model number of the device is located on the back cover of the device.

Tech Specs

On top of the note-taking capabilities, the Galaxy Note sports some solid tech specs, as well. These include a 1280x800 pixel 149 ppi multitouch LCD with a dual digitizer, quad-core 1.4 GHz processor, Android 4.0, 2 GB RAM, 16/32 GB internal storage, and an expandable 32 GB of external storage. It supports wi-fi, bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and 3G or LTE over the GSM network.
